I have been brewing about one bach of beer a month. The latest (pictured) is a scottish ale.

Sarah and I have been invited to a ranchhouse in the Arizona desert for some home cooking. They said, "We'll make the wood-fired pizza, you make the beer." So, I am making a yummy amber ale for this event. Apparently, it takes about month to build a mud/brick oven. Same time it takes to make the beer.
